Exclusions: Custom engineered items, Mil Spec heaters, service parts, and the following chain accounts are excluded: Aramark, Brinker, Buffalo Wild Wings, Circle-K, Darden, Dunkin Brands, Jack in the Box, McDonald’s Red Robin, Sonic, Speedway, Wal-Mart, Yum Brands, Panera Bread, Steak n Shake, A&W Canada, and Boston Pizza. Export configurations of standard Hatco models 220V, 230V, 240V, CE approved European and Asian configurations are also excluded.
Trade Discounts: List less -50% from the Hatco Canadian price list.
Payment Terms: 1%-10, Net 30 Days.
Freight: $4000 net prepaid. *** A dealers must purchase a minimum of $5000 and pay within terms to be eligible for rebate ***
Price Increases: 60 days to R.E.D. / 30 days to Dealers
Return Policy: New and used equipment can only be returned for credit with prior approval by Hatco. Dealer pays freight. Restocking fee of 25%. Custom built equipment and equipment older than 120 days from date of shipment do not qualify for return. Decorative lamps are considered custom built and non-returnable.
