Exclusions: Rebates apply to all Component Hardware products, and exclude any suppliers other than CHG manufactured products (i.e. EZ Flex, Delany, etc.)

All other -25%
Payment Terms: Net 30 Days. Rebates lost on invoices paid after 30 days.
Freight: not included
Price Increases: 60 days to R.E.D. / 30 days to Dealers
Return Policy: Up to 6 months, no restocking. Dealer pays freight. Except for special orders which are non-returnable.
