Edge Food Equipment provided end-to-end commercial kitchen equipment supply, custom millwork integration with kitchen build, and bar station outfitting and dishwashing systems. A highlight of the project was the custom-designed sushi island, built and outfitted to meet the NOBU’s exacting culinary standards.
