The Blaxton Pub & Grill, a Place Laurier institution, wanted to combine a friendly atmosphere with fine dining in a high-volume setting. The challenge: to equip almost the entire bar and kitchen with equipment that combined efficiency, durability, and innovation, capable of supporting fast service without compromising quality.

SCOPE OF WORK
Maison Rondeau delivered a large-scale project covering the entire bar-kitchen chain. The bar was fitted with Glastender cocktail stations and ice storage, True refrigerated back bars, and two wine cellars. The kitchen was equipped with UNOX stacked combi ovens, Hoshizaki refrigerated and salad tables, EmberGlo grills, Garland induction cooktops and burger press, Hatco toasters, Waring pasta cookers, Atmovac vacuum sealers, Hoshizaki ice cream dispensers, Berkel slicers, and Thorinox pass-through shelves. The bar and kitchen work together seamlessly, supporting the restaurant’s culinary ambitions while also handling peak periods.
